If we haven’t started planning yet, you will receive a full refund.
If work has already begun, the refund will be proportional (e.g., 50% after the preparation stage).
Every situation is handled flexibly and individually.
After finalization, one free modification is allowed (e.g., changing the city or travel dates).
Additional changes may incur a small administrative fee.
We send a download link via email, giving you instant access to the PDF or digital version.
